Phil Cook is an American.  He plays the guitar, sometimes with a slide, and he sings as if his life depends on it.  These three (Cook, Lewis & Bates) had the opportunity to be a rhythm section on a Blind Boys of Alabama record, produced by their mutual friend.  This will be the first time they have performed as a band, and they are damn excited.  

Frogleg (duo) opens the night.  If you haven't heard these fellas (Joe Dunn & Demitri Rallis) sing and play, you are in for a treat.
