Performances by Greg Grease, St Paul Slim, and Ebb & Flow (IPR Class).

In 2006 Rhymesayers Entertainment partnered with The Institute Of Production and Recording (IPR) to launch the Hip Hop Essentials Class. The class is designed to teach students not only about the History of Hip Hop, but also gives them access to the label's staff and artists to learn about how we continually navigate the ever-evolving business and how our artists go about creating their music, in an effort to provide tools, insight and inspiration. For the class final project, students must become a group, produce music, and then book a show to perform that music as an opening act alongside an ever-changing pool of talented artists. For this upcoming event, we are happy to announce Greg Greg and St. Paul Slim as our two featured attractions. Greg Grease just released his latest album, "Born To Lurk, Forced To Work", which is his best overall work to date and stands out as one of the best album Hip Hop listening experiences of 2015. Ever active, St. Paul Slim is set to host the Fifth Element Stage at Soundset Festival 2015 and is preparing for the release of his new project, "SlimCase Vol. 2".
