ELGIN FOSTER:

Over the years, Elgin has performed in local coffee houses; restaurants; Mall of America, Minneapolis - Saint Paul Airport, wine tastings; Bed and Breakfasts; weddings; house concerts; church services and open-mic nights with the Minnesota Guitar Society. Elgin also was awarded a certificate of special congressional recognition from congressman John Kline for his service to the community through benefit concerts to help the homeless, cancer victims and programs for single moms. Elgin has shared the stage with some of the artists who continue to inspire him including: Dean Magraw, Dan Schwartz, Ben Woolman, Dylan Mckinstry, Dan Neale, Tim Sparks, Greg Herriges, Steve Lehto and John Wright.

 

 

 

JOEL SHAPIRA:

Joel Shapira is a top performing classical and jazz guitarist based in the Twin Cities. His educational background includes studies with some of the world's greatest players and teachers including jazz legends Joe Pass, Tal Farlow and Gene Bertoncini, as well as master classical instructor Alan Johnston. A native of St. Paul, Joel attended Berklee School of Music in Boston and The Mannes School of Music in New York City where he lived, performed and taught for eight years.

Joel performs extensively in the Twin Cities area and beyond as both a bandleader and as a sideman with a virtual ‘who’s who’ list of top musicians. Performance settings include clubs, restaurants, private events, corporate events, weddings, regional arts festivals and many more.

 

 

 

 

PARK EVANS:

Evans is a versatile guitarist who draws heavily on rock and world music influences and has been a mainstay on the Twin Cities improvised music scene for a number of years.
