After 3 years of captivating audiences with their unique blend of soul, jazz, and undertones of hip-hop, Minneapolis-based Nooky Jones released their debut self-titled album in July of 2017.  Now, fresh off a slate of successful summer tour dates and the release of a brand new limited edition 12" rerecord, the neo-soul sextet is proud to present their annual Soulful Soiree year-end party at Icehouse.  2018 marks the fifth installment of the perennially sold out event as it expands into two unique nights including dinner sets curated by Nooky Jones.

Proper-T

Known most widely for his work with Astral Black (formerly ZULUZULUU), Proper-T is a Minneapolis bred vocalist, songwriter, keyboardist, and performer. His music revolves around a message of resilience, healing, and progression. Main influences include Al Jarreau, Nat King Cole, Sarah Vaughan, and Nina Simone.
