Luray:
Luray is indie folk, featuring strange and lovely banjo and ambient sounds. Originally from Wisconsin, Luray is now based in Richmond, VA, and is the musical project of Shannon Carey. Luray's sophomore album 'Dig’ came out 7/26/19 on 6131 Records, and was produced by Shannon's brother Sean Carey (of S.Carey & Bon Iver). “Dig,” a ghostly waltz, is where introspection can carry her: from banjo picking to distant roaring electric guitars to glimmering thumb-piano plinks, from isolation to sweet intransigence.-The New York Times.
Judith Horn:
Jeanne Oss, AKA Judith Horn, originally from Minneapolis/St.Paul area and former band member of Driftwood Pyre, set out to Oakland, California nearly 5 years ago. This will be her first show ever performing in Minneapolis since her departure. Jeanne's band will consist of locals, Joe Werner (Muun Bato, Driftwood Pyre) & Andrew Jansen (Loud Sun).
