D Mills & The Thrills:

D Mills & The Thrills are an alternative hip-hop band originally based in Fargo ND, now relocated to Minneapolis. Led by eclectic musical powerhouse Diane Miller, a.k.a D Mills, the band blends old-school rap vibes with creative delivery, transparent melodies and authentic, bold lyricism. The music is made to excite/provoke and to encourage physical movement through untraditional norms/sounds.

The nearly 9-year-old band has shared the stage with artists such as Brother Ali, Dessa, Caroline Smith, Carnage The Executioner, Chastity Brown, Dem Atlas, Ryan Young (Trampled By Turtles), Marc Rebillet and more.

Maple & Beech is the music of Minnesota producer Tyler Tholl. Originally a solo recording project, Maple & Beech has grown into a seven-member ensemble of Tholl’s friends and family making “smart, glossy pop music” (Reviler).

The band will release their new self-titled album on September 6th, 2019. Throughout its ten songs, Maple & Beech explores contrast; how we dance between lies and truths, isolation and community, despair and hope, anger and love, noise and order.
