Mayyadda is a singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer from Minneapolis who aspires to use her music to make people slow down, find themselves in another perspective, and feel their way towards individual and collective healing. With an eclectic mix of neo-soul vocals, folksy guitar, pop-style piano with trap beats sprinkled in for flavor, she likes to refer to her genre as, “BlackGirlMagic.” She has been active as a recording artist since 2015, releasing four projects since then: most recently, TRY&REMEMBER, a sonic journey thru the risks one takes on their way to healing, which she released in October 2021.

Nyasia is a multifaceted artist from Minneapolis, Minnesota. With “her R&B-smooth vocals” (The Current) and unapologetic writing style, she’s described as a “pretty darn impressive rising star.” (The Scroll) Nyasia has performed all over the Twin Cities, as a solo act and as a background singer, and has even opened for national acts. Exercising her skills as a producer and raw lyricist, in 2019, she released her long awaited debut project TABOO.

Anju’s music conjures imaginary lovers, scents of citrus, and visions of hairy brown skin under the sun. They were highlighted by NPR’s All Songs Considered as an outstanding Tiny Desk Contest entrant, and they were commissioned by South Asian American Digital Archive to create original music for a sound tour of immigrant history in Philadelphia. They are currently teaching young musicians and working on their debut full-length album.
