Pit Stop, a band from Minneapolis, Minnesota, plays original tunes combining elements of Americana, Blues, Country, Folk, Rock, and a dash of Doo-wop. Experienced musicians and longtime contributors to the Twin Cities music scene, Pit Stop is Jake Balistrieri (vocals, guitar), James Patrick Horigan (guitar), Sarah Mevissen (vocals, guitar), Zack Warpinski (bass), and Gage Webster (drums).

Inspired by the sound and songwriting of Gram Parsons & Emmylou Harris, Townes Van Zandt, Connie Francis, Canned Heat, The Flying Burrito Brothers, and The Velvet Underground, Pit Stop has a familiar yet singular sound. With captivating harmonies, lyrics balancing humor and heartache, a locked ‘n’ loaded rhythm section, and guitar solos that rip, Pit Stop guarantees a dynamic and entertaining live performance.

Pit Stop is currently playing shows around town with a number of festival gigs lined up for the Spring/Summer season. They are also in the process of writing their sophomore album, to be recorded later this Fall.

Pit Stop released an enigma of an album, giving you different angles and unexpected swings in a song. It’s a release that you go back and repeat listen, learning the plot points and soaking in the heartbreak.

Holy hell. Maybe I’ve seen a better melding of country and rock but I can’t remember when. Unbelievable set.”  - Adventures in Americana

Butter Boys are a Minneapolis rock band writing songs about good times, bad times, and not turning in your homework. Mixing pop sensibilities with punk attitude, the Butter Boys will loudly and proudly give you all the permission you require to dance, headbang, and sing into your hairbrush microphone.

Betty Won’t sings with a tear in her eye & a skip in her step. With Elliot on lead guitar, Sheela on keys, Fletcher on bass and Jackson on drums. Achey melodies that ring true to the sound of south Minneapolis.
