The Blue Drifters Bluegrass Trio plays traditional bluegrass with a few older covers included, or anything we can craft into interesting, exciting arrangements with trio harmonies and prodigious soloing on fiddle, 5-string Scruggs-style banjo, upright bass and acoustic guitar. These days we show off our harmony vocal arrangements on mostly traditional bluegrass tunes. The players include Tony Smith (fiddle, mandolin, guitar, vocals), Paul Porter (bassist/vocals), and Steve Howard (banjo/guitar/vocals).
