Smileywlips is the side project of papa mbye and Zak Khan that spans many genres through the lens of electronic music. It’s sonic experimentation that reels off of spontaneity and the possibility that something new could happen every time.

Huhroon (Haroon Rasheed) is a 2x brave new voices poet and crooner from south minneapolis. Huhroon the band is comprised of Zakariya Khan, Megan Mahoney, Joseph Carl Hays, Ben Farmer & Kate Saoirse. Their music blends elements of  electronic, alt hip hop and rock, all in a tight auto-tuned haze. Where the emotion in Huhroon’s music is raw, the vocals certainly aren’t. 

“FruitPunchLoverBoy” was originally just an instagram username Christian Johnson(Singer/Songwriter) thought of in 2017, it wasn’t til a year later the name would be used as an outlet for musical expression. If you saw FruitPunchLoverBoy perform before the year 2020 the stage probably looked a little empty, Now however, the band has doubled in size thanks to the help of Zak Khan (guitar), Ben Farmer (synthesizer), Megan Mahoney (bass guitar), Isaiah Ingram (trumpet), and Richard Haneman (drums). Together they play songs that might just make you feel something.

From Minneapolis, 21 year old Aiden Hengel began releasing music under the name “Aiden Intro” in the summer of 2021 with his first single “June” off his debut EP “Not Bad” which was released in April of 2022. Known for his fun, jazz influenced indie pop, Aiden began playing high energy shows around the Twin Cities that will make you want to dance all night.
