Since she can remember, Wisconsin based singer-songwriter Genevieve Heyward has grown up with music in her life. Adept at both guitar and piano, she writes her songs based on raw emotion and relatable experiences that cuts through with melody and sultry tone. Straight out of high school, she dove head first into music: touring nationally and internationally, either by herself, with her band, or with other well renowned artists. She has released numerous records throughout her career and doesn’t plan on stopping. Her music has hints of indie folk, bedroom pop and indie piano pop, all tied in with her own spin and topped off with a unique and rich voice. Her songs and performing style incorporates humor and connection, making the audience feel heard and immersed.

Natalie Fideler is the songwriter and front-person of her self-titled project based in Minneapolis, MN. Natalie’s music tastefully embodies the intersections of saccharine nerd rock, 90’s female angst, and a singer-songwriter sensibility. Her funky, fresh mix of pop, alt rock, and R&B will leave you dancing and ripping your heart out at the same time. Her vulnerable lyrics transform each song into a story that speaks the truth of raw human experience, whether it be tongue in cheek or right on the nose.

Natalie’s solo music career began in 2018 with the release of her debut album “Steak & Eggs” which features Natalie herself on all instruments and vocals. She has since recruited Hailey Jacobsen on bass and Leigh Underwood on drums, and they perform as a band with Natalie on guitar, keyboards, and lead vocals. In May of 2022, Natalie released her sophomore record “Three Man Army” which features this power-trio.

Wes Muilenburg of Ear Coffee described Natalie saying, “[She] typifies the best kind of modern songwriter: exceptionally self-aware, willing to inject humor into what could be a morose situation, and capable of coming up with hooks for days.”

Some of Natalie’s most recent endeavors include selling-out her debut album release party, receiving the $10,000 LGBTQ+ Emerging Artist Award from the Music Forward Foundation, having both of her full-length records accepted to MNSpin, headlining the legendary 7th St Entry of First Avenue, performing in-studio TV and radio features with Prairie Public Broadcasting, KVSC, and KDSU, and getting regular airplay on radio stations such as 93X, The Current, and KFAI.
