Mike Sopko, Joe Tomino & Friends:

Mike Sopko & Joe Tomino are a Cleveland based guitar and drum duo. Their music a mix of electroacoustic composition and improvisation exploring diverse timbres, extreme dynamics, and  extended techniques through their respective instruments. Collectively, they have performed with Bill Laswell, Cuong Vu, Tyshawn Sorey, Joe Maneri, Dave King, Myra Melford, and Mike Patton.

This evening’s show will consist of two sets.

Set one - “Cochlea” a duo compostion performed by Sopko/Tomino.

Set two - Sopko/Tomino plus friends (lineup TBA).
