The SPCO brings core chamber music repertoire to Icehouse’s modern industrial chic space, a Twin Cities musical hot spot that hosts a wide variety of music, including rock, folk, hip hop and pop. Our final performance of the year at Icehouse continues this season’s practice of featuring our own musicians as composers and arrangers. Included are two arrangements of Renaissance music for string quartet by SPCO violinist Maureen Nelson and an improvised set of variations based on a Cachua (round dance).
Ticket price includes a drink of choice (tap beer, house wine, rail drink, rocks cocktail or non-alcoholic house-made beverage). Icehouse's gourmet American cuisine (appetizers, dinner and desserts) will be available for purchase during the performance.
