Katey Bellville grew up with a bluegrass and old-time music soundtrack constantly playing in the background. At a very early age she was on stage singing harmony with her dad Rod Bellville, a popular fixture in the Westbank Old Time Music Scene, & eventually performing on her own.

Bellville has been songwriting for over 20 years. Fans frequently describe her songs as ‘unforgettable’ tunes. Katey traditionally blends modern pop sensibilities with fundamental bluegrass instrumentation. Since joining her SOB's (performing together since 2009), solo songs have organically grown into 3 part harmonies & beautiful 6 piece band arrangements. Banjo, mandolin, dobro.. every show is a little different, this crew doesn't play by the book.
