Icehouse and Jazz88 present The Outdoor Courtyard Jazz series Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays 6:00-8:30pm at Icehouse throughout the summer. Join us for a special series highlighting some of the region’s finest musicians performing dinner sets on the Icehouse patio located on vibrant Nicollet Ave in South Minneapolis. Full food and beverage menus available outside featuring American cuisine with a southwest and southern twist and craft cocktails.

A newcomer to the Twin Cities music scene, Ross Clowser has been performing his original music throughout the Midwest for the last decade, sharing stages with Ohad Talmor, Melvin Butler, and opening for the likes of Chad Taylor, Joshua Abrams, and more. His music reflects his interest in music studies and draws  on different musical influences from all over the world; from Jeff Parker and David Bowie to Pauline Oliveros and Fela Kuti. His guitar playing reflects his deep study of jazz, utilizing the sounds of Grant Green, Jim Hall, and Pat Metheny to create new musical landscapes and sonic explorations.
